Welcome to the Everyday Womtras FAQ page – the place where I answer every single question you might (or might not) have about my handmade, totally unique, and unapologetically awesome gifts. Curious about custom designs, ordering online, or shipping across the UK and the rest of the world? You’ve come to the right place.

Every item I make is handcrafted with love, sprinkled with magic, and just a little bit of chaos (the good kind - and usually more than "a little bit"). Nothing here is factory-made, nothing is boring, and nothing is basic. On this page, you’ll find all the info about ordering, customising, shipping, returns, and keeping your treasures in tip-top shape.

  • Everyday Womtras are my drawings paired with my highly relatable thoughts. Every item is designed and handmade by me, ensuring that your purchase is unique, high-quality, and eco-conscious. 

    Because my products are handmade, minor variations make every piece truly individual.

  • Choose the design that speaks to you, click through to choose how you want it to exist in your life. Simple.

    I get a ping notification that your order has been place. I do a happy dance and punch the air with joy. I pop down the garden to my warehouse (robust kater storage shed adorned with personalised small business gubbins to add a little extra dopamine) then I make it, package it and post it to you.

  • I will happily ship anywhere in the world. If you can't see your country set up yet, send me a message and I'll sort it. It's just me here at Womtra towers, so if I don't know the answer, noone will.

  • It's all me bébé. While I use blanks from a third party to print my tumblers and mugs etc. every item is made by me, giving it a personal, artisanal touch that cannot be replicated by mass production.

  • I use the best quality blanks I can get my hands on at affordable prices so I can pass the savings on, and minimal carbon footprint for obvious reasons.

  • Yes. You can select gift options during checkout (assuming I've set this up properly in my store) or contact me to arrange personalised gift wrapping. I will ensure your order arrives beautifully packaged and ready to give, or even ship it directly to your intended victim/recipient/friend/enemy. I'm very flexible, whatever you're after, just ask. If I can't accommodate you, I'll tell you so. I don't have much in the way of tact.

  • So this is something new I'm working on. There are memberships involved, but prices start from free, so you should be able to find the customisation you're looking for - head over to the custom orders page where you can find out more

  • All payment methods I can take are detailed in the checkout. I've selected as many options as the app would allow so you should find something to suit your needs in there.

  • I aim to get your order in the post within 48 hours of receipt. I currently post via Royal Mail tracked 2nd unless asked otherwise. Royal Mail advises items typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days, including Saturdays. If your outside the UK, I have shipping set up for all over the world. If you're in desperate need of an urgent delivery, again, just let me know. I'll get a ping to which I'll respond as soon as humanly possible - there's no red tape here, just me, surrounded by empty cola cans and half drunk cups of tea.

  • I'll send you the tracking via email you provded at checkout. If I've not had a notification to say it's been delivered within a couple of days, I drop you a message to check it's arrived safely. While Royal Mail doesn't fully track in real-time, the service does do online delivery confirmation. Any issues/concerns/recipes for a good dahl, just let me know and I'll get it sorted.

  • I generally cannot accept returns of personalised products unless the item is damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receipt, and I will get it sorted.

  • Nothing I make requires any specific care, more just common sense. Everything can go in the dishwasher - unless it's made of paper, and anything fabric I tend to wash inside out. I don't know if it makes a difference, it's just something I was once told to do and it became muscle memory.

  • No, you can place an order as a guest if you prefer. I will shortly be offering memberships at three levels, starting off for free. I encourage these obviously, because then I can tell everyone when I've published some of my tangential ramblings, got a new womtra, or I've added a new character to the gaggle.   • Depends what kind of support your after. You can likely deduce my capabilities from my output. If you've got any questions about Everyday Womtras I am indeed the oracle. If you're a marketing sales person who wants to offer me services, I'd rather you jog on.

  • Everyday Womtras follows strict privacy standards. I use secure payment gateways and store your data according to my published Privacy Policy. Personal information is never sold or shared without consent.
